Villa Smolica is located in the small Istrian village of Hreljići, 22 km from Pula, and offers a peaceful stay and relaxation for your vacation. The traditional building style and beautiful stone architecture are part of the traditional heritage that give the villa a special charm. It was built in 1923, it was completely renovated and only natural materials were used in its decoration in order to respect the construction method.

On the plot is a beautifully landscaped garden with a private parking lot surrounded by a wall, a children's playground, a swimming pool with a large pebble terrace, an outdoor wood-burning fireplace, a gas grill located on the covered terrace are ideal for preparing meals and spending time with family and friends.

On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and living room, a bathroom, and one bedroom, while on the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom.

A pleasant atmosphere in the house during hot summer days is ensured by three air conditioners, and free Wi-Fi allows you to freely surf the Internet.

The proximity of all destinations and picnic spots is ensured by the location of the house, and you can reach any part of the beautiful Istrian peninsula in no more than an hour. It only takes ten minutes to drive to the sea and quiet beaches.

The settlement of Hreljići is known for the Church of Our Lady of Health built in 1726, which is equipped with stone altars, statues and paintings from the 18th century. As the Marian shrine of southern Istria, it is a favorite pilgrimage destination on the second Sunday in October.
